Yes. Every Oolio POS includes built-in multi-venue management, so you can keep an eye on all your restaurants from a single dashboard. Compare performance, track sales trends, update menus and pricing across all locations at once or make quick changes for individual sites when needed.

Oolio features a customisable floorplan that gives you a real-time view of your restaurant. You can see table statuses (e.g. available, seated, reserved), manage bookings and assign parties to tables with ease. It’s designed to help you maximise seating and turn tables more efficiently. You can even transfer orders from tables, or merge tables if required, reducing errors and manual work, so the kitchen is always informed about what is happening on the floor.

You can also design your digital floorplan to mirror your actual venue, including different table shapes, sizes and locations. This makes it intuitive for your team to manage service and gives you a complete overview of your dining room at a glance. 

It’s simple to create special menus for events, promotions or daily specials. You can activate or deactivate these menus as needed, giving you the flexibility to adapt your offerings quickly and keep things fresh for your regulars.

Handling group payments is now simple. With integrated payments, your staff can split a bill by item, value, or guest directly at the POS.  The system handles the numbers and sends the right total to the terminal for each person, taking the pressure off your team.

You can integrate with your favourite table management and reservation systems including SevenRooms, OpenTable and Now Book It, so easily manage reservations, maximise your revenue and keep the floor moving. 

Oolio connects directly with leading third-party delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliverect including Uber Direct delivery. This allows you to manage all orders: dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, through a single, unified system, keeping your kitchen organised and ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately.

All Oolio’s POS systems integrate with industry leading inventory management systems including Restoke.
