We've teamed up with Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation to support Australia's leading cancer research and treatment centre, making it easy for venues and their customers to have an impact on their community. 100% of donations go directly to the Foundation and every dollar donated is matched dollar-for-dollar.

No, there is no additional costs involved for venues. Donations are separate from your sales and are directly sent to Peter Maccallum Cancer Foundation.

We’re proud to partner exclusively with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, one of Australia’s leading cancer research and treatment organisations. This focus ensures maximum impact for a cause that truly matters.

At this time, we only support Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, but we will let you know when we have other options available.

You’ll have full visibility of your impact through a dedicated Donations Dashboard in your Oolio Merchant Portal, showing the total funds raised by your venue.

Your reports will be same as it is now for your venue, reports and settlements will reflect your actual sales.

Donations go directly and 100% to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation's bank account. You won’t need to manage the transfer, and your reporting is unaffected, it remains exactly the same.

Yes. Donations are treated as a separate transaction. Your customer’s statement will show the original sale purchase with the venue details and a separate line item for the donation.

If a customer requests a refund for a donation, simply contact our support team at support.pay@oolio.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Yes. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible. The ATO accepts your bank statement showing the donation transaction as proof for your claim.

Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is internationally recognised for helping to lead the search for cancer cures, and is Australia's only public hospital solely dedicated to caring for people affected by cancer. Peter Mac Cancer Foundatoin supports this vital work by funding new research opportunities, and providing researchers with access to the specialised resources they need to discover cures for cancer.
