How do I sign up for Tap to Pay?

We’ll guide you through every step. Reach out to the Oolio Pay team and we’ll walk you through everything. You’ll sign your quote, send us your documents. Once you’re approved, we’ll send your login and you’ll be signed, sorted, and ready to take payments the very same day.

KYC checks usually take 5–10 days. As long as all documents are provided in the correct format, there shouldn’t be any delays.

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your ABN
  • Your business details
  • ID (Driver Licence or Passport)
  • Bank account details for payments
  • Your estimated annual revenue
Please note: Complex business structures like trusts may require additional documents. Our team will guide you if that’s the case.

Once your KYC documents is approved, you can start taking payments the same day.

Yes. Tap to Pay is an additional payment method, you can use it alongside your existing Oolio Pay terminal.

Yes. It accepts all major debit and credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, AmEx,  plus digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Refunds can be processed through the Oolio Pay app, just like with a terminal.

Tap to Pay uses the same simple transaction fees as your Oolio Pay account, no extra costs, no surprises.

Yes, Integrates with your POS and can work standalone as well. 

Surcharge is added with your usual dynamic surcharging set up.
