Once you sign up and are approved for the referral program, you’ll receive login instructions for your portal. From there, you can either submit a referral directly or share your unique referral link with the customer. Please make sure you’ve spoken with them first and have their consent before submitting.

Once submitted, our team will review the referral and take it from there, keeping you updated along the way. 

You’ll earn a reward when your referred lead becomes a successful customer - meaning they sign a contract with Oolio and go live on the platform.

Rewards become redeemable once the referred venue has been live on the Oolio platform for 90 days.

Once your reward is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to redeem it. Simply follow the steps in the email to claim your referral reward.
